In accordance with IC 5-3-1-2(b), notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Hendricks County Recycling District will hold a Public Hearing during its Board of Directors’ Meeting on Tuesday, October 24, 2023, at 7:00 AM in the Commissioners’ Meeting Room at the Hendricks County Government Center; 355 S. Washington Street, Suite 140 in Danville, Indiana for a proposed resolution to amend the District’s final disposal fee rate structure assessed at final disposal facilities in Hendricks County, Indiana.
A full copy of the proposed resolution is available at the Hendricks County Recycling District’s office located on the second floor of the Danville Town Hall at 49 North Wayne Street in Danville, Indiana between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
